Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain how Noventra Business Inc provides office administrative and business support services. Last updated: July 21, 2026.
1. Company and contact information
These Terms of Service govern services provided by Noventra Business Inc, a United States company offering office administrative and business support services. Contact: contact@noventrabusiness.com.
2. Services provided
Noventra Business Inc provides administrative support, executive administrative support, office coordination, scheduling support, customer communication support, document management support, data entry and records support, vendor coordination support, task tracking, reporting support, and SOP or office procedure documentation.
3. Services not provided
Noventra Business Inc does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, medical, employment-law, immigration, debt settlement, regulated financial, or licensed professional advice unless a separate written agreement states otherwise and the service is provided by a properly licensed professional. Administrative support related to invoices, records, or documents is not accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice.
4. Scope of work
Each client engagement must be scoped in writing before work begins. The scope may include deliverables, support hours, communication channels, access requirements, timelines, meeting expectations, reporting cadence, and pricing. Work outside the agreed scope may require a new estimate, written approval, and additional payment.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access, necessary documents, clear instructions, lawful use of services, and prompt feedback. Clients remain responsible for business decisions, approvals, compliance obligations, customer commitments, staff management, and final review of any materials or communications prepared with administrative support.
6. Payments
Payments may be collected by invoice, secure payment link, card payment, ACH, or another agreed method. Unless otherwise stated in writing, project fees and retainers are due before work begins or according to the payment schedule in the approved proposal. Late, failed, disputed, or reversed payments may pause service delivery until the account is resolved.
7. Retainers and recurring support
Monthly support retainers cover the services and support level described in the written agreement. Unused hours, if any, do not roll over unless the agreement states otherwise. Retainers renew monthly until cancelled according to the cancellation terms in the agreement or Refund Policy.
8. Delivery and communication
Services are delivered remotely through email, phone or video meetings, shared files, task systems, CRM systems, client-provided tools, or other agreed communication channels. Delivery timelines depend on scope, client responsiveness, access availability, and the volume of requested support.
9. Revisions and acceptance
For project-based deliverables such as SOPs, file structures, templates, or admin workflow documents, reasonable revisions are included only when stated in the proposal. Deliverables are considered accepted when the client approves them in writing, uses them in business operations, or does not request revisions within five business days after delivery, unless another review period is agreed in writing.
10. Confidentiality
Noventra Business Inc will use reasonable care to protect non-public client information received during service delivery. Clients should not provide sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or regulated information unless necessary for the agreed administrative scope and properly authorized. Additional confidentiality or data-processing terms may be agreed in writing when required.
11. Third-party tools
Clients may request that Noventra Business Inc use third-party tools such as email platforms, calendars, file storage, CRM systems, payment platforms, task management systems, or communication apps. The client is responsible for maintaining appropriate accounts, permissions, subscription payments, legal use, and security settings for client-owned tools.
12. No guaranteed business outcome
Noventra Business Inc provides support designed to improve organization, coordination, communication, documentation, and administrative consistency. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, cost savings, customer retention, business growth, legal compliance, or any specific business outcome.
13. Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation by emailing contact@noventrabusiness.com. Cancellation terms depend on the service type, payment schedule, and work already performed. Recurring retainers should be cancelled at least seven calendar days before the next billing date to avoid renewal, unless a separate written agreement states a different notice period.
14. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy published on this website. Fees for completed work, delivered administrative support, used support hours, approved deliverables, completed onboarding, and third-party costs are generally non-refundable.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noventra Business Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of services. The total liability for a service engagement will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the previous three months.
16. Changes to these terms
Noventra Business Inc may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of services after changes means the client accepts the updated terms.
